Griggness: My Uncle Bill

October 13, 2008 · Leave a Comment

My Uncle Bill is a retired gambler and he’s one of those relatives that knows everything because he has something clever to say about it.  No need for data with this method.  He saw a building with me once and said “That company is going under!”  When I enquired why he said “A business with no big sign is a sign of no big business!”

These days he’s getting older and it worries him.  He keeps saying ‘It’s coming.”  I asked him what that means and he said ‘Let’s just say in the near future I may ask you to put diapers on me and remember the good times.”
